How do I secure an appointment slot?

In order for us to confirm your booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit fee is required.

Can I cancel or change my appointment?

We are mindful of your time and request that you reciprocate. We require cancellation or changes in scheduled booking or treatment type made atleast 12 hours prior

When should I arrive at the Spa?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment. We want you to thoroughly enjoy every minute of your visit to the spa without any hindrance.

How should I dress?
  • Come as you like. Just ensure you are comfortable for a spa day.
  • We suggest that you bring a bathroom suite to enjoy our hydrotherapy chambers.
What should I do in advance?

We recommend drinking plenty of water prior to your appointment to be well hydrated.

What should I know when pregnant?
  • No spa treatments are permitted during the first trimester. After the first trimester, it is allowed.
  • We do recommend that you always check with your OB/GYN before partaking in any spa treatment.
What should I know about age restriction?
  • For Spa treatments, children aged 12-15 years of age MUST have a parent/guardian present in the room.
  • Patrons 16-18 years of age MUST have a parent/guardian sign waiver.
Can I use my cellphone?

To fully provide you with the most memorable and customized experience, we require all phones in silent mode.

What is the policy on noise and electronic devices?

To ensure a serene and relaxing environment for all our guests, we kindly request silence at all times.

  • Please maintain a hushed tone of conversation throughout the spa premises. This allows everyone to enjoy a peaceful escape.
  • To preserve the tranquil ambiance, kindly switch off or silence all electronic devices.
  • While moving within the spa, we encourage guests to walk softly and avoid use of phones.
  • When utilizing spa facilities such as steam rooms or relaxation area, we ask for minimal conversations to allow fellow guests to fully unwind.
Can I redeem an expired voucher?
  • The gift voucher MUST be redeemed once before the expiry date.
  • The gift voucher cannot be exchanged with money.
  • Expired gift voucher is non-redeemable.
  • The gift voucher MUST be presented before the treatment
Can I redeem a voucher bought from CBD in Lavington branch?

Vouchers bought in Lavington branch-Luxe Nails The Escape can only be redeemed in our Lavington branch and Vouchers bought in CBD branch-Luxe Nails Parlour redeemed in our CBD branch at the moment.

Yes, the health form is a key document for ensuring a safe and effective spa experience.By knowing your health background, we are able to tailor treatments to your individual needs, avoiding any techniques or products that might cause adverse reactions.
